BEAUFORT SEA (March 13, 2024) Admiral Daryl Caudle, commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, discusses naval capabilities and American interests in the Arctic while at Ice Camp Whale during Operation Ice Camp (ICE CAMP) 2024.
