ARLINGTON, Va. - ARLINGTON, Va. (Feb. 27, 2024) - Master Chief Robotics Warfare Specialist Christopher Rambert, from Naperville, Ill., wears the new rating’s uniform insignia following an office call at the Chief of Naval Personnel headquarters in Arlington, Va., Feb. 27, 2024. Rambert, the Navy’s Robotics Enlisted Community Manager, is the first Sailor to wear the RW uniform rating badge. After graduating from Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, Ill., Rambert joined the Navy to pursue his interests in technology - leading him to a 23-year naval career thus far.
