NORFOLK, Va - NORFOLK, Va. - Vice Adm. John Gumbleton, commander, Task Force 80 and deputy commander, U.S. Fleet Forces, talks to watchstanders in training during MAKO Challenge 24, an operational level of warfare (OLW) exercise within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) scenario, Jan. 19 at the Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) in Norfolk, Virginia.
