A panel of five government scientists and engineers from Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic listen to a company’s technical proposal during the Multilateral Autonomy Prize Challenge. Organized by NIWC Atlantic’s Palmetto Tech Bridge in conjunction with the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA), the final phase of the competition took place during the Innovation Pitch Jam of the CDCA’s 2023 Eastern Defense Summit. Organizers said nearly three dozen submissions were narrowed down to eight in-person pitches.
